Like traditional Italian gelaterias we are family owned and handcraft our gelato from all natural ingredients. In fact, our own gelato beginnings started with the raspberry, blueberry, and strawberry plants in our own backyard. How, we wondered, to capture those luscious tastes beyond the first sweet, juicy bite of summer. We spent months researching and perfecting our recipes to capture the essence of the fruit, enlisting family, friends, and neighbors to be official tasters. When we couldn’t keep up with the requests for more, we knew we’d achieved our goal -- the perfect balance of smooth, creamy texture and intense flavors, without sacrificing our commitment to natural ingredients and local farmers.
